Two majors and one minor are offered in the Department of Marketing. For students wishing to prepare more generally for a career in marketing, the B.B.A. marketing major is available to give students a course of study that is managerially oriented and provides students the full complement of conceptual and quantitative courses necessary to prepare for managerial positions in business.

In addition to the traditional marketing major, the Department of Marketing has created a program of study that combines most of the curriculum of the traditional marketing major with a minor in Graphic Design (offered by the Department of Art) to provide students with the opportunity to develop specific knowledge, abilities, and skills that can be used to assist firms with a variety of marketing communication tasks.
